Policies

To ensure your colour lasts, we recommend you to use professional home care products recommended by your consultant.

If you are unhappy about the quality of the service you received, please contact us within 7 days from your appointment and we will arrange for you to come back for further consultation and correction.

Pricing

Colour services are very complex, and we are only able to provide a starting price, displayed above. Your stylist/barber will advise about the final service price at the consultation stage.

Once you are fully aware of what’s involved and happy with the quote, only then your stylist/barber will proceed with the service.

Please note, colour prices do not include a blow-dry. All colour services require either a blow-dry or a cut & finish. Toner is charged in addition to your colour service.

All colour services must be followed up with a post-colour blow-dry or a cut & finish.

All bookings require 50% deposit.

Patch Test

Your well-being is essential to us and part of that is preventing allergic reactions from colour. We, therefore, require new guests as well as the guests who haven’t seen us for six months to have a patch test 48hrs before any technical service.

Cancellation

We understand that sometimes life gets in your way, and you must cancel your appointment. We get it. But please give us as much notice as possible. Cancellations made over 48 hours before an appointment will not incur a charge. Cancellations made between 24-48 hours before the appointment will incur a 50% charge. Any no show, will incur a 100% charge.
